Directions of use:
Apply on dry feet prior to taking a bath or shower. Concentrate on areas of thickened, calloused, or dehydrated skin of the feet, especially the heels, balls of the feet, the area beside the big toe, and weight-bearing zones. It leaves skin smooth and callus-free.
Recommended use is twice a week.
After use, clean the file with a damp nail brush and dab it dry.
Once worn, dispose of the old pads by peeling them back and replace them with new self-adhesive pads.
Firmly press the new pads into position on the file.
