Strictly Professional Blue/Black Eyelash Tint (15ml) is a quality blue/black eyelash tint, which gives stunning, professional tint. Suitable for use on both eyebrows, as well as lashes. Strictly Professional tint is excellent value for money.

Directions of use:
Mix 2cm of tint with 10 drops of 10 Volume Peroxide.
Apply the mixture to the eyelashes and leave for approximately 5 minutes.
Then remove with warm water.
Eyelash protective sheets must be used with this product.
